Cancellation Policy

Booking and Attendance Policy. In order to provide an organized and highquality learning experience for all students, the following policies are established: 1. Fixed Schedule All group classes are held on previously established days and times. By enrolling in a course, the student agrees to attend the selected schedule for the entire duration of the program. 2. Cancellations Group classes cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or individually changed. Courses follow a fixed calendar, and each session is part of the group’s learning progress. 3. Student Absence If a student does not attend a class, it will be considered delivered and will not be refunded, made up, or replaced Students are encouraged to attend punctually to get the most out of the course. 4. Punctuality All students are expected to join on time. If a student is late, the class will continue according to the scheduled time and will not be extended to compensate for lost time. 5. Public Holidays There will be no classes on major public holidays. These dates will be announced in advance through the official WhatsApp group. 6. Official Communication All important information, including announcements, schedule changes, and reminders, will be shared exclusively through the official WhatsApp group. It is the student’s responsibility to stay informed. 7. Respect and Conduct All students are expected to maintain a respectful environment toward the teacher and other classmates. Offensive behavior, inappropriate language, or constant interruptions during class will not be tolerated. 8. Course Materials All materials provided by the teacher are for the student’s personal use only. Recording, sharing, distributing, or selling class content or materials without written permission is strictly prohibited. 9. Teacher Changes If the teacher needs to reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as early as possible, and a new date will be offered to make up the session. 10. Payment and Enrollment Enrollment is only confirmed once the corresponding payment has been received. Payment secures the student’s spot in the group but does not grant the right to cancel or request refunds for missed classes. 11. Policy Acceptance By enrolling in any course taught by Nelson de la Cruz, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this booking and attendance policy.
